Flagler is located at mile marker/exit 395 on I-70 in eastern Colordo.

After exiting I-70 proceed north into town on Ruffner.

1st Street, turn west for 2 blocks looking for the plant on your left.  1st Street is a gravel street you will reach before you cross the railroad tracks.
