How to Copy a Previous Order

Follow these easy steps to copy a previous order to speed up placing your order:

Step 1 - Login

Step 2 - Select Order History to review your previous orders.

Step 3 - Use "Copy Order" to create a new order using the Cutting Instructions from your previous Order.

Step 4 - Update the titile of the order and change any Cutting Instructions you'd like.

Step 5 - Indicate if you are satisfied with the cutting instructions or you would like a call back.

Step 6 - The new order will be reviewed by Ottemans.  You will be notified by email when the order is sent to processing.  No further changes are allowed to the order at this point.

Step 7 - Ottemans will notify you by email that your order is ready for pickup.
