How to Create a New Order
Follow these easy steps to create a new order:
Step 1 - Login
Step 2 - Select Create Order for your species of animal.
Step 3 - Complete the Cutting Instructions for your animal.
Step 4 - Indicate if you are satisfied with the cutting instructions or you would like a call back.
Step 5 - The new order will be reviewed by Ottemans. You will be notified by email when the order is sent to processing. No further changes are allowed to the order at this point.
Step 6 - Ottemans will notify you by email that your order is ready for pickup.
